You may not place or reproduce any trademarks, service marks, or logos that are not owned by you or licensed to you onto materials and merchandise to be printed via Peony Garden Graphics products or services. Words, names, and designs used to identify services or products are considered trademarks, service marks, and/or logos. The same policy is applicable for copyrights. You cannot use unlicensed copyrighted materials from photographers, artists, publishers, composers, writers, and other authors of original works. The copyright owner’s exclusive rights prohibit the reproduction of any original work. PeonyGardenGraphics.com policy also states that you cannot use explicit language or pornography on printed materials and merchandise.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Peony Garden Graphics, LLC – including its officers, directors, employees, representatives, successors, assigns or affiliates (collectively, the “Covered parties”) – be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with any use of this site or with any delay or inability to use this site, or for any information, software, products or services obtained through this site, even if a party has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to certain users. In no event shall the covered parties’ total liability to you for all damages, losses and causes of action (whether in contract or tort, including but not limited to negligence), arising from this agreement or your use of the site exceed the amount paid by you to Peony Garden Graphics, LLC.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Covered Parties and all parties from whom Peony Garden Graphics, LLC has licensed portions of the Content, from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to (A) your use of the Site, (B) your breach of the Terms and Conditions, (C) your dispute with another user, (D) the unauthorized access to any protected area of the Site, and (E) any image or content being reproduced as part of your order. If using the Site on behalf of a third party, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Covered Parties as described on behalf of yourself and any third party.
We reserve the right to refuse service without disclosing a reason.
All prices are subject to change without notice, no adjustments will be made.
EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE
By signing up to be a Go-Give member, you agree to receive occasional updates via email, phone, or text. Things like download permissions, account updates, and order confirmations are sent via email. You will also receive a monthly email with updates and promotions. We strive to keep promotional contact to a minimum! If you unsubscribe to these emails, your account will be deleted in order to prevent automatic emails to be sent to your account.
VIP members receive special promotions, including free shipping vouchers every three months, via email. For this reason, if a VIP unsubscribes to emails, you’ll be contacted for permission to maintain email contact or change preferences.
CANCELATION OF MEMBERSHIP
Currently, the best way to cancel a membership or subscription is to contact Peony Garden Graphics directly at peonygardengraphics@gmail.com. Put “cancelation” in the subject line and your email will get prompt attention.
If a VIP subscription is canceled on the day of renewal, the payment of that day will be refunded. Otherwise, only future transactions will be canceled and your account will be down-graded to a free Go-Give account.
You are not required to give a reason for cancelation, but you are welcome to give feedback in your cancelation email if you wish.
DESIGN FILES
Peony Garden Graphics, LLC does not provide any design files, unless specifically stated otherwise.
COLOR PROOFING, MATCHING & PRINTING
Peony Garden Graphics, LLC is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by the customers. Screen proofs will predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Colors and density viewed onscreen are not always exactly as what is printed – due to screen calibrations. Peony Garden Graphics will try its best to match the gradient density of each color. Peony Garden Graphics is not liable for the final appearance of a color.
ONLINE PURCHASES
All purchases made online are final. Any refunds or adjustments are at the discretion of Peony Garden Graphics, LLC.
It is a customer’s responsibility to verify that all items and quantities within his/her shopping cart are correct, prior to checking out.
It is a customer’s responsibility to verify that his/her shipping address is correct. Please note that additional charges apply if an order has to be reshipped due to an incorrect mailing address.
If for any reason a customer has made an error upon checking out (example: an incorrect postcard was chosen), please contact us immediately and we will do our best to correct the issue.
If your order has a mistake or is missing products, or if there has been damage in shipping, contact us right away and we will ship the correction at no expense.

Many designs and graphics were created with the business of Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants in mind. However, Peony Garden Graphics, LLC is not approved, endorsed, or affiliated with Mary Kay, Inc. Users of such designs offered by Peony Garden Graphics assume full responsibility to know and understand the legal guidelines of Mary Kay and the contractual agreements between independent sales members and Mary Kay, Inc. Peony Garden Graphics does its best to adhere to legal guidelines, but is NOT responsible for the way in which anyone uses such designs. Please educate yourself regularly with legal polices that pertain to you–they are there for your protection.
